1. General Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email at ivanziholidays@gmail.com or through our official customer support channels.
  • The refund amount (if applicable) will be processed based on the cancellation date and the terms outlined below.
  • Refunds, if eligible, will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7-14 business days.

2. Cancellation Charges

The following cancellation charges will apply based on the time of cancellation before the travel date:

30 days or more before departure 10% of the total booking amount
15-29 days before departure 25% of the total booking amount
7-14 days before departure 50% of the total booking amount
Less than 7 days before departure 100% cancellation fee (No refund)

3. Cancellation Policy for Flights & Hotels

  • Flight and hotel cancellations are subject to the respective airline/hotel policies.
  • Ivanzi Holidays will charge a service fee in addition to the airline/hotel cancellation charges.
  • Non-refundable tickets and hotel bookings are not eligible for any refunds.

4. Cancellation of Tour Packages

  • Certain tour packages may have specific cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Some packages may be non-refundable, especially those booked during peak seasons, festivals, or with special discounts.

5. Cancellation Due to Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or government-imposed travel restrictions, the following options will be available:

  • Rescheduling the trip to a later date with minimal charges.
  • Travel credits that can be used for future bookings.
  • Refunds subject to service provider policies.

6. No-Show Policy

If a traveler fails to show up for the booked service (flights, hotels, or tour), a 100% cancellation fee will apply, and no refund will be provided.

7. Refund Process

  • Once a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be Credited within 7-14 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, credit card, etc.).
  • Any transaction fees or bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
