Cancellation Policy – Ivanzi Holidays

At Ivanzi Holidays, we strive to provide the best travel experience, but we understand that plans may change. Below is our cancellation policy to ensure transparency and clarity for our customers.

General Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be requested via email at ivanziholidays@gmail.com or through our customer support team.
  • The refund process, if applicable, will be based on the cancellation timeline and service provider policies.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after approval.

Cancellation Charges

  • If the cancellation is made 30 days or more before the departure date, a 10% charge of the total booking amount will apply.
  • If the cancellation is made 15 to 29 days before departure, a 25% charge will apply.
  • If the cancellation is made 7 to 14 days before departure, a 50% charge will apply.
  • If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before departure, the booking amount is non-refundable.

Flight and Hotel Cancellations

  • Flight and hotel cancellations depend on the policies of the airline or hotel.
  • Ivanzi Holidays may charge a service fee in addition to the cancellation fees imposed by the airline or hotel.
  • Some flight tickets and hotel bookings may be non-refundable as per the terms and conditions of the provider.

Tour Package Cancellations

  • Some tour packages may have specific cancellation rules, which will be shared at the time of booking.
  • Packages booked during peak seasons, festivals, or promotional offers may be non-refundable or subject to higher cancellation charges.

Cancellations Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

In case of emergencies such as natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or government-imposed travel restrictions, we will provide the following options:

  • Rescheduling the trip to a later date with minimum charges.
  • Travel credit that can be used for future bookings.
  • Refunds based on the policies of airlines, hotels, and service providers.

No-Show Policy

If a traveler does not arrive for the booked service and does not inform us in advance, the entire booking amount will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.

Refund Process

  • Once a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Any bank charges or transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
