- Prices are quoted in RUPEES and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to cancellation fees.
- Refund eligibility and amounts depend on the timing of the cancellation and the terms of suppliers (e.g., hotels, airlines).
- Some services may be non-refundable.
- Ivanzi Holidays reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services in case of unforeseen circumstances, offering a suitable alternative or a refund where applicable.
4. Changes to Bookings
- Requests to change bookings must be made in writing and may incur additional fees.
- Changes are subject to availability and approval from our suppliers.
5. Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all clients to cover trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, and baggage loss.
- Ivanzi Holidays is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of travel insurance.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents (e.g., passports, visas).
- Clients must comply with the laws and regulations of the destination countries.
- Ivanzi Holidays is not responsible for any issues arising from client non-compliance.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Ivanzi Holidays acts as an agent for third-party service providers and is not liable for acts or omissions of those providers.
- We are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Ivanzi Holidays and may not be used without our prior written consent.
